All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

The item(s)
The packaging
The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is responsible for delivery.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, you must first contact the carrier to open a claim.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns on:

Sale items
Custom items (toppers, ribbons, etc.)
Gift cards
